New Clients: • A Client Consultation is required for all first time clients, sew-ins and quickweaves. Security Deposit: • A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking and will be applied to your total. • This is the only time online payment will be accepted. The remaining balance is cash only and must be paid in full before the service begins. Business Hours: • Messages and inquiries will only be answered during business hours. Appointments Outside Business Hours: • A $100 fee applies to special request appointments scheduled outside of normal business hours. Location: • 336 Main St, Suite 217, Grand Junction, CO 81501 Located in the “Goat n Clover” building on the second floor. If you have trouble locating the lounge, please call 970-315-2162 for assistance. Calendar Availability: • My calendar is open 2 months in advance. If you are 15 minutes late, a late fee will apply. • Do not schedule your appointment on a time-sensitive day. Rushed services will not be tolerated. Cancellation Policy: • Deposits are non-refundable. • No-shows will result in a 100% charge of the service price to the card on file. No exceptions. . Cancellation & or rescheduling within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment will result in 50% charge of the service price to card on file. No exceptions Payment Options: • The remaining balance must be paid in cash only. • No credit cards, debit cards, Cash App, or other payment methods will be accepted in person. BNPL Policy Clients using “Buy Now, Pay Later” must ensure their full balance is approved and available before the appointment. If your approved BNPL amount does not cover your full balance, the remainder is due in cash at the appointment. If you cannot pay in full, your appointment will be canceled, and the deposit forfeited. Appointment Prep: • You will receive a confirmation email with the time, date, and location of your appointment. • Confirm your appointment by texting (970-315-2162) the day before. Failure to confirm will result in cancellation. • Provide accurate contact information to avoid cancellation. • Arrive with your hair detangled and ready. Detangling Policy: • You must come with your hair freshly washed and cleaned & hair must be wet. •Failure to have clean & wet hair will result in a 50% charge to the card on file and your appointment will be cancelled. • If detangling is required, a service fee will be added and must be paid before the service begins. • If detangling causes delays and affects the next appointment, you will be charged the full service price to the card on file, and your appointment will be canceled. • I do not work over other clients appointments Sew-Ins & Quick Weaves: • I exclusively use Luxury RAW hair from my trusted vendor for all sew-ins and quick weaves to achieve the desired look. • A consultation is required before every appointment to assess your needs. No Kids Policy: • No children are allowed at any appointments, unless they are being styled. No Extra Guests: • No extra guests are allowed during your appointment.
