New Clients: • A Client Consultation is required for all first time clients, sew-ins and quickweaves. Security Deposit: • A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking and will be applied to your total. • This is the only time online payment will be accepted. The remaining balance is cash only and must be paid in full before the service begins. Business Hours: • Messages and inquiries will only be answered during business hours. Appointments Outside Business Hours: • A $100 fee applies to special request appointments scheduled outside of normal business hours. Location: • 336 Main St, Suite 217, Grand Junction, CO 81501 Located in the “Goat n Clover” building on the second floor. If you have trouble locating the lounge, please call 606-386-0267 for assistance. Calendar Availability: • My calendar is open 2 months in advance. Positive Vibes Only: • The Lavish Lounge fosters positive vibes only. Please leave negativity behind and come ready to be beautified! • Ensure you’ve read the policy thoroughly. If you disagree with any part, I respectfully ask that you do not book an appointment. • After your service, please share your satisfaction, as there are no refunds. All sales are final. • Pictures and videos will be taken for social media purposes—please arrive picture-ready. Time Management: • Arrive on time. If you are 15 minutes late, a late fee will apply. • Do not schedule your appointment on a time-sensitive day. Rushed services will not be tolerated. Cancellation Policy: • Deposits are non-refundable. • No-shows will result in a 100% charge of the service price to the card on file. No exceptions. . Cancellation & or rescheduling within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment will result in 50% charge of the service price to card on file. No exceptions Payment Options: • The remaining balance must be paid in cash only. • No credit cards, debit cards, Cash App, or other payment methods will be accepted in person. Appointment Prep: • You will receive a confirmation email with the time, date, and location of your appointment. • Confirm your appointment by texting (606-386-0267) the day before. Failure to confirm will result in cancellation. • Provide accurate contact information to avoid cancellation. • Arrive with your hair detangled and ready. Detangling Policy: • You must come with your hair freshly washed and cleaned & hair must be wet. •Failure to have clean & wet hair will result in a 50% charge to the card on file and your appointment will be cancelled. • If detangling is required, a service fee will be added and must be paid before the service begins. • If detangling causes delays and affects the next appointment, you will be charged the full service price to the card on file, and your appointment will be canceled. • I do not work over other clients appointments Sew-Ins & Quick Weaves: • I exclusively use Luxury RAW hair from my trusted vendor for all sew-ins and quick weaves to achieve the desired look. • A consultation is required before every appointment to assess your needs. No Kids Policy: • No children are allowed at any appointments, unless they are being styled. No Extra Guests: • No extra guests are allowed during your appointment.
